LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville City FC players will be out on the town in Louisville throughout the weekend and will be available to meet with fans at two events in the city.
On Friday, LouCity will meet with fans, take pictures and sign autographs during the University of Louisville’s hockey game against the Indiana Hoosiers at 8 p.m. Friday night is Puck Drop Night, and one lucky child will drop the game’s first puck. The game will be held at Iceland Sports Complex, located at 1701 UPS Drive in Louisville.

In addition to Friday’s event, players will also make appearances at The Caper, an event party and auction that benefits the Family & Children’s Place — which protects and heals children and families from the trauma of violence, abuse and neglect. Louisville City players will again be available to take pictures and to sign autographs.
The Caper will immediately follow the UofL men’s basketball game against Boston College. Louisville icon and former UofL coach Denny Crum will be honored at the event.
A silent auction of more than 300 items will be held, along with a live auction, entertainment and food from various local restaurants. Tickets to the event are $20. The Caper will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center Cascade Ballroom from 2-5 p.m.
