Last Season: While a groin injury sidelined Bone for a sizeable chunk of the season, the attacking midfielder tallied six assists – good for third on the team – and three goals during his 2021 campaign.
Highlights in purple: Bone has played an influential role in LouCity’s offense, ranking second on the team with six goals in 2020.
Before Louisville City: Bone played at Wake Forest University from 2007-2009 and was a first-round pick (13th overall) by the Chicago Fire in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft. After spending his first four seasons with the Fire, Bone was picked up by the Philadelphia Union in 2014, where future LouCity coach John Hackworth was in charge. In 2015, Bone played a full season in the USL for the Wilmington Hammerheads before his move to FC Cincinnati, where he saw through the club’s transition from the USL to MLS.. Bone made 102 appearances in the orange and blue while totaling 16 goals.
